Weld team members are responsible for welding quality trailer with outstanding service in a safe manner and must be able to manufacture in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Essential Job Duties:
- Able to work in a team environment to achieve production goals, in fast-paced, physically demanding department.
- Know the different types of trailers produced by H&H Trailers
- Experience using a push/pull MIG/ Wire feed MIG welding equipment a PLUS!
- Perform overhead, horizontal, vertical, and continuous welds
- Inspect, clean, and grind welds to prepare the trailer for the next process
- Read, follow, and understand blue prints
- Read and understand work orders
- Read a tape measure, square, and level
- Complete all quality documents in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist in other areas as needed and perform other duties as assigned
